About This Month’s Session

This February, we’re celebrating collaboration with Love & Leverage — a fast-paced, energizing morning designed to help our members discover new partners, share real resources, and walk away with practical solutions for their organizations.

Instead of our traditional “around-the-room” sharing, we’re introducing a speed-dating style resource swap to make sure everyone has a chance to connect with more people in the room.

How the Resource Speed-Dating Session Works

Get ready for a fun and super-productive format! Here’s what to expect:

You’ll be paired with another nonprofit member for short, timed conversations (about 2–3 minutes each).

When the bell rings, you rotate to the next partner — meeting multiple organizations in a structured, meaningful way.

During each mini-conversation, you’ll share:

• One resource you can offer
  (skills, space, equipment, volunteer opportunities, training, referrals, program expertise, staff support, shared tools, etc.)
• One resource you genuinely need right now
  (Please skip “funding” — we all need that. Think operational, collaborative, or capacity-building needs instead.)By the end, you’ll have a list of new contacts and clear next steps for partnerships you can activate immediately.

What to Bring

Please come prepared with:

• A resource your organization can share with others
• A resource your organization needs (non-funding)
• Plenty of business cards
• A spirit of collaboration — this is one of our most fun and interactive meetings of the year!
