Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using fun, experience-based curricula that creatively integrates running. We nurture a holistic approach to well-being that builds strength of mind, body and spirit, and that allows girls to act on their values and opportunities. As the name implies, running is part of the program and is used as a physical means of exploring relevant topics, setting and achieving goals, and encouraging movement."
