This game takes place on Wednesday\, December 18th and serves as a platform for promoting charitable initiatives and giving back to the community. \nOne notable aspect of the bowl game is the Spirit of Giving program. As part of this program\, complimentary charitable tickets are provided to various nonprofit organizations\, veteran groups\, youth sports teams\, and schools. This allows individuals and groups who may not have the means to attend the game otherwise to be a part of the experience.\nThe Spirit of Giving program aims to create an inclusive and welcoming environment\, showcasing the sprit of generosity and community support. By offering these complimentary tickets\, the organizers ensure that different segments of the community have the opportunity to enjoy the game and the overall bowl game experience. \nThe 2024 Boca Raton Bowl is not just a football game but also a celebration of giving and unity. It brings together fans\, teams\, and community organizations to enjoy a thrilling sporting event while also contributing to charitable causes and supporting those in need. \nPLEASE NOTE: Tickets will be distributed before the game at the Spirit of Giving Tent (Gates 3&4) at FAU Stadium. No section or area is guaranteed. Tickets are distributed on a first come first serve basis. DESCRIPTION:Hope Floats Benefiting Tomorrow’s Rainbow is a heartfelt\, free family festival open to participants of all ages\, created to celebrate the lives of those who are no longer with us but remain in our hearts forever. Everyone is invited to attend and encouraged to decorate paper boats in honor of their loved ones. The proceeds from Hope Floats support children\, families\, and individuals in our community who are healing from grief and trauma with the help of Tomorrow’s Rainbow services. \nThis annual event offers a meaningful way to honor lost loved ones while fostering a supportive and inclusive community of understanding and connection. The festival includes free music\, games for all ages\, arts and crafts\, face painting\, an inflatable slide\, and the much-anticipated #BigPaperBoatParade\, where hundreds of memorial paper boats float down the New River in Ft. Lauderdale\, led by a stunning 24-foot paper boat. Participants can purchase and decorate their own boats as a beautiful and touching tribute to commemorate their loved ones. Food trucks will also be available\, offering a variety of options for purchase.
